Looking for Tradesmen/women from the Ethnic minori

I find this advert very offensive why just the black or the ethnic people what happened to integration .its adverets and people like you who keep causing problems by segregating people from different backgrounds.Oh by the way would my landlords only send me english white people to do repairs in my home? could you imagine if people started saying that? What your asking for is racist and very insulting.And this advert should be taken offline.
