Help for Community Reporter Sites

1. Click on Reporters in the lefthand menu OR click on Community Feeds in the Community Reporters bar in the main body of the site.

2. Use the links in the navigation bar to move through the pages of community news.

3. When you have found an item you are interested in, just click on its title and the story will be displayed.

4. If you wish you can leave a comment on the story. There is help on how to do this in Contribute to Feeds.

5. Click on the back button in your browser to return to the Ethni-city site and the list of community news.

Alternatively you can use the Search facility to find community news.

1. Click on Advanced Search.

2. Type a keyword (e.g. bbc) in to the box. Please note you must use whole words.

3. Click in the Reporters box – a tick should appear.

4. Click on Go.

5. A list of stories will be be displayed.

6. Click on the title of the story to go to it.

7. To return to the list click on the Back button in your browser.
